SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Overview
Your purchase grants access to one or more Embraced AI software tools (“Sentinel Home Lite,” “Quiet Recall Lite,” or “Embraced Quiet Suite Bundle”).
All features operate locally on your device, with no cloud usage, no tracking, and no hidden data collection.
2. Billing
Subscriptions are billed through PayPal Smart Subscribe and renew automatically every month.
Pricing:

Sentinel Home Lite — $6.99 / month

Quiet Recall Lite — $4.99 / month

Quiet Suite Bundle — $9.99 / month
3. Minimum Billing Commitment
Subscriptions require a two-billing-cycle minimum.
This means:

You agree to pay for two monthly cycles before cancellation takes effect.

During this period, you continue to receive full access and support.
After the second billing cycle has completed, you may cancel anytime.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations are managed through your PayPal account:

Log into PayPal

Go to Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments

Select your Embraced AI subscription

Choose Cancel
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid month once the two-cycle minimum is met.
No further charges occur after cancellation is processed.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the software, refunds are generally not provided.
Exceptions may be granted in cases of:

Duplicate charges

Accidental multiple subscriptions

Technical issues preventing usage after support review

6. Access & Delivery
All Embraced AI software runs locally on your device.
After subscribing, you receive:

No physical product is shipped.
7. Privacy
Embraced AI tools do not:

send data to the cloud

track or profile users

collect personal information

share any information with third parties
All computation occurs locally on your device.

Responses typically occur within 24–48 hours.
9. Updates & Changes
Software updates are included in your subscription.
Any changes to pricing or features will be communicated in advance.
